Transforming Leachate Management: Jeneer Group's Mission to Solve Tough Challenges

In the world of landfills, few challenges are as complex and demanding as wellfield & leachate management. Leachate, the liquid byproduct of waste decomposition, poses a constant challenge to gas technicians and landfill operators. For Jeneer Group, tackling these issues isn't just a business endeavor; it's a mission that drives every aspect of our work.

A Partnership Approach

At Jeneer Group, we don't just see our clients as customers; we see them as partners. Our mission begins with the belief that success is built on trust, collaboration, and lasting relationships. We're not here to offer quick fixes; we're here to be your ally in overcoming challenges and achieving long-term solutions.

Solving Key Industry Issues

Excessive Pump Components: A persistent issue with standard pneumatic pumps is the abundance of moving components inside wells. This not only complicates maintenance but also increases the likelihood of pump failures once installation is complete. Site technicians spend hours pulling and rebuilding these complex parts while gas collection performance suffers during repairs. Jeneer Group has sought to simplify this process, making it more efficient and less prone to failures with a pump design that relies on zero in-well moving components and features integrated troubleshooting functionality so technicians can immediately diagnose whether or not a pump has failed.

Sensitivity of Air and Exhaust Valves: The operation of air and exhaust valves can be delicate and prone to issues, often leading to the introduction of unwanted air into gas systems when pumps stall. Utilizing smart logic, our pumps automatically turn the air off in these instances, attempting to restart every hour on their own without a visit from a wellfield technician, removing the need to constantly “bump” pumps each morning and improving the quality of your gas collection.

Lack of Data Insight: In a data-driven world, the absence of critical insights can hinder decision-making and result in labor inefficiencies. By developing a gas well-monitoring dashboard, we’ve enabled site managers to monitor their pump performance, vacuum, and liquid levels remotely at their fingertips and identify and address issues immediately.

Labor Costs: Labor costs associated with wellfield management can be significant, whether it’s walking the hill to bump pumps or spending hours doing pump maintenance, Jeneer Group is committed to developing solutions that optimize labor resources, reducing costs without compromising performance.

The Path Forward

As we work to address these industry challenges, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that bring efficiency, and peace of mind to landfill gas technicians. Jeneer Group stands ready to be your partner, offering not just solutions, but a shared commitment to overcoming the toughest problems in landfill gas management.
